SAPEC WILL SHOW AT IBC A NEW MODULAR CONTRIBUTION SOLUTION FOR UHD/FHD/HD
Sivac One Media Processor
In addition to the previously mentioned development on the LAGUNA solution, SAPEC has also increased the capabilities of the Sivac One Solution towards HEVC UHD (4K) contribution and high channel density on FHD/HD/SD.
The Sivac One solution consists of a 1U rack solution with 3 available slots for hot-insertion cards and hot-swappable redundant PSU system with automatic switch.
On each slot, it fits a Sivac One Media Processor card (SMP). Each card can be configured to support:
1x channel HEVC UHD (4K) Encoder
4x channels HEVC FHD/HD/SD encoder
Achieving in 1U a density up to:
3x channels HEVC UHD (4K) Encoder
12x channels HEVC FHD/HD encoder
The SMP has both new and inherited Key features from previous models:
Each SMP card incorporates different interfaces for different requirements:
- 6 configurable BNCS
- 4x3G/12G/HD/SD-SDI/ASI
- 2x IP ports
- 2x SFP
SMP is a universal multimedia platform ready to integrate future functionalities.
