SAPEC targets European expansion with the appointment of David Lois
- David Lois, a professional with extensive experience as a sales manager in the broadcast market, is joining the SAPEC team. He will combine his responsibilities as the sales manager for Southern Europe for Broadcast Solutions with his new role at the Spanish company.
- As the head of sales for Europe, Lois will develop and carry out an ambitious expansion plan to strengthen the brand’s presence and distribution solutions among the continent’s top broadcasters and production companies.
- David Lois’s appointment coincides with a period of consolidation for the Spanish manufacturer, as their key tools, such as LAGUNA and SIVAC ONE, are evolving to adapt to new IP and UHD environments.
Madrid, October 20, 2025.– SAPEC welcomes David Lois, a professional with extensive experience as a sales manager of audio and video projects and solutions for television, radio, production companies, and sporting events. In his new role as sales manager for EMEA, Lois will provide the European industry with SAPEC’s contribution and distribution solutions, which are already well-established in Spanish-speaking markets.
Lois began his professional career at AEQ, a Spanish audio equipment manufacturer, after earning his degree in Audio Engineering from SAE International Technology College in London. There, he built relationships and managed the sale of solutions for the European, Eastern European, and Russian markets, as well as select markets in the Middle East and Africa. He then became the sales manager for Southern Europe at Broadcast Solutions, an integrator headquartered in Germany. In this position, he continues to oversee ambitious projects with some of the most prominent clients on the continent.
David Lois will combine his current duties at Broadcast Solutions with his new responsibilities at SAPEC, leveraging the synergies between the two companies while overseeing all sales and customer negotiation for both. Thus, Lois will continue to build on the excellent relationships he has cultivated with the European broadcast industry throughout his 25-plus years of experience.
