Sencore launches two interesting Decoding Solutions
SENCORE, company officially represented by SAPEC in Spain and Mexico, has released to the market two new solutions to address different kind of applications and scenarios that will offer flexibility and reliability in the decoding side of the Broadcast signal: CRD 4900 & AG 6000 openGear® decoder card.
CRD 4900
The CRD 4900, is a modular chassis for Sencore’s line of professional receiver decoder cards. This 2RU chassis provides space for 10 hot-swappable cards while also offering redundant, hot-swappable power supplies.
The Sencore card-based series of receiver decoders coupled with the new CRD 4900 chassis provides one of the most dense and simple options available for customers looking to do mass decoding or dense turn-around of streams.
AG6000
The other release is the AG 6000 openGear® decoder card. The new AG 6000 option boasts an ST 2110 output which enables HD/SD output via dual 10GB SFP+ ports. The ST 2110 streams are protected with ST 2022-7 hitless switching and synchronized with PTP. Receive MPEG/IP, satellite and ASI streams and decode to new ST 2110 uncompressed workflows. Perfect for feeding monitoring systems and re-encode platforms in a dense form factor. Decode up to 10x services in 2RU with support for HEVC/H.264/MPEG2 video and all common audio codecs.
