miniSIVAC IP miniSIVAC IP is a high-performance, low-cost MPEG-2 encoder for IP networks designed and manufactured by SAPEC. miniSIVAC IP is a modular system enabling to accommodate into a single 1RU-high chassis up to four separate MPEG2 encoders for real-time distribution of composite video (PAL, NTSC o SECAM) over IP networks with effective resolutions reaching D1 (720x 576). The bitrate is configurable according to the selected resolution (1.5Mbit/s - 7.5Mbit/s). It supports UDP/IP or RTP/UDP/IP protocols for multicast and unicast. Each encoder includes two unbalanced analog audio inputs in MPEG-1 Layer II format (ISO/IEC 11172-3). The equipment is fully manageable via a simple and intuitive web-browser based graphical user interface.
