CHASSIS for SIVAC 2000 Encoder & Decoder SIVAC 2000 chassis is a frame for modular video and audio systems. The chassis is built in 2RU equipment. SIVAC 2000 chassis houses up to four application modules that support any combination of audio and video encoders/decoders or any other module designed for SIVAC 2000 series, what allows to adapt itself to a wide range of applications. SIVAC 2000 chassis supports hot module extraction/insertion, what allows to maintain the system working even when it’s necessary to change one of the cards, allowing: • No recabling needed for modules replacement or re-configuration. • No electrical disturbance on other modules during the hot-swapping. SIVAC 2000 chassis supports up to two power supplies, one of them will work as a redundant power supply. Power supplies support both AC voltages 105V and 240V as DC voltages from 36V to 72V. They have a 48V DC output that can be used to supply energy to other similar equipment. |
